Hannah Jorgensen has been named Iowa’s top Middle Level youth volunteer in the 2012 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.  She will receive a trip to Washington D.C. and a $1000 cash award.  Hannah is being recognized for the project that she organized as part of Reach Out Iowa.
